Shipping policy

1. DELIVERY:
Delivery will be made to the name and address specified by you on the completed order form. We will not be liable for non receipt of goods incorrectly or incompletely addressed. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail 24 first class post, or a nominated courier. Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of Royal Mail 24 Mail within 1-3 working days, however, orders can take up to 14 working days to deliver. We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. INTERNATIONAL RATES:
Please note that some International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees. These fees are controlled by each country’s internal shipping agents and are outside the control of Nutrigold.
