Pippa Campbell Vitamin B Complex contains each of the 8 Vitamin B’s that your body needs for all round health, helping particularly with energy levels.

‘The B’s’ play an important role in brain function, from the manufacturing of neurotransmitters to regulating energy release from brain cells:

• Vitamin B-1 (Thiamin) is vital to the healthy growth and function of organs, including the brain and heart

• Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) breaks down fats

• Vitamin B-3 (Niacin) helps to improve digestion, nerves and maintains healthy skin. B3 can also help improve cholesterol levels

• Vitamin B-5 (pantothenic acid) is essential for the health of the nervous system and brain

• Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) helps the body make new red blood cells - vital for carrying oxygen around the body

• Vitamin B-7 (biotin) feeds the nerves as well as hair, skin and nails

• Vitamin B-9 (methylated folate) is vital during pregnancy as it may help reduce certain birth defects. Folate is used by the body to make DNA and genetic material

• Vitamin B-12 is widely recommended for optimising blood cell health and the nervous system as well as being an important nutrient for vegans or vegetarians

Try taking 1 after breakfast. After a few days  you can also try taking another dose after lunch.
