Stress burns through B vitamins rapidly. Long-term hormonal contraception can affect B6 and B9 levels. Poor gut health reduces absorption further. Most women are running low without knowing it and standard B complex formulas do not contain the forms the body can actually use.
What B Complex supports:
- Sustained energy and mental clarity
- Calm, balanced mood
- Healthy hair, skin and nails
- Hormonal balance and cycle regularity
- Optimal B vitamin levels for those who have used hormonal contraception

Thiamine (Vitamin B1 as Thiamine HCl) supports normal energy metabolism and healthy nervous system function. It plays a key role in how the body converts carbohydrates into usable energy.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) supports energy production, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and is essential for the metabolism of other B vitamins including B6 and folate.
Niacin (Vitamin B3 as Nicotinamide) supports normal energy metabolism, cognitive function and the maintenance of healthy skin. It also plays a role in the body's DNA repair processes.
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) supports the production of adrenal hormones and contributes to normal energy metabolism. It is particularly relevant for women under sustained stress.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) is the active, directly usable form of B6, supporting normal hormonal activity, mood, energy metabolism and the regulation of blood glucose. Hormonal contraception is known to deplete B6, making active forms especially important.
Biotin (Vitamin B7) supports healthy hair, skin and nails, and contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and nervous system function.
Folate (as 5-MTHF, Quatrefolic®) is the active, methylated form of folate, provided for superior bioavailability. Unlike standard folic acid, it does not require conversion and can be used directly by the body. It supports healthy methylation, energy production and normal psychological function.
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) is the bioactive form of B12, supporting healthy red blood cell formation, nervous system function, energy production and methylation.
Choline supports normal fat metabolism and liver function, and is an essential nutrient for cognitive health and cell membrane integrity. It is left out of most B complex formulas.
Inositol supports normal insulin signalling, mood and hormonal balance. It is particularly relevant for women with insulin sensitivity concerns.
PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) supports healthy folate metabolism and contributes to hair and skin health. It is included here because it works synergistically with the B vitamin complex but is routinely omitted from standard formulas.

Have felt more energised since taking this.
Definitely feeling an improvement in energy levels after taking B Complex.
I have been taking for a few months and feel that my energy level has increased and I’m not so tired.
I've started to take the B Complex to see if they will give me an energy boost and lift my mood. Despite eating the right foods, take regular exercise and lots of fresh air I often feel shattered. I think they might be helping a bit as on some days I feel a bit brighter with a bit more energy. I do still feel tired a lot but my sleep isn't always amazing. I'll continue taking them as it's still early days yet.
Early days but energy levels improving.
