How To Use

1 capsule daily after food, or as directed by your practitioner.

Ingredients

Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol, from algae) 2000iu is derived from an algal vegan source rather than the lanolin used in most D3 supplements. It is the same biologically active form the body produces from sunlight and is significantly more effective at raising and maintaining vitamin D status than the D2 form typically used in vegan products.

Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) is the most bioavailable and longest-acting form of K2, remaining active in the body for significantly longer than K1. K2 directs calcium to bones and teeth rather than allowing it to deposit in soft tissues or blood vessel walls. It is included here because Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption, and K2 ensures that calcium is put to work in the right places.

Vitamin A (as Acetate) works synergistically with Vitamin D3, supporting immune function, skin health and the integrity of mucous membranes. The three fat-soluble vitamins D3, K2 and A are included together in this formula because they are interdependent and each supports the others' function more effectively when provided in combination.
