4 capsules daily after food, 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch or dinner. Increase to 8 capsules daily during a 7 to 14 day detox programme, or as directed by your practitioner.

Broccoli Sprout Powder contains sulforaphane, one of the most researched compounds for activating Phase 2 liver detoxification enzymes. It supports the clearance of used oestrogen and other hormones, and activates the body's own protective systems.
L-Glutathione, L-Cysteine, L-Glycine and L-Glutamic Acid are the building blocks the body uses to produce glutathione, the liver's primary antioxidant, supporting Phase 2 clearance efficiency.
L-Methionine supports methylation, one of the liver's core detoxification routes and a critical step in oestrogen clearance.
Choline (as Bitartrate) supports healthy liver function and fat metabolism.
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Mixed Natural Carotenoids provide antioxidant support during the detoxification process and contribute to healthy skin and immune function.
B Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6 as P5P) support both Phase 1 and Phase 2 liver pathways. Vitamin B6 is provided as P5P, the active form the body can use directly.
Folate (as Quatrefolic®) is the active, methylated form of folate supporting methylation and the liver's hormone processing pathways.
