Digest (digestive enzymes)

My PCH Digest is a premium broad-spectrum plant digestive enzyme formulation that supports optimal digestion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Including specialist support for digestion of gluten, lactose, cellulose and legumes.

When your body has insufficient enzyme production, then it may be unable to properly break down foods properly and absorb their nutrients. Digestive enzyme supplementation can protect against this malabsorption, which can slow digestion and lead to uncomfortable symptoms like bloating, flatulence, abdominal cramps, and diarrhoea.

Use: 1-2 capsules at the START of each meal.

Use: 1-2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a practitioner.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if lid seal is broken.
