The tiredness women describe in their forties and fifties is often bone-deep exhaustion that sleep does not fix, combined with reduced stamina and a body that no longer bounces back. If you are on statins, it is worth knowing that these medications can deplete CoQ10, which may be contributing directly to your fatigue. Ener-Boost rebuilds energy and resilience from the ground up. No stimulants, no crash.

What supplements support energy during menopause?
What supplements support energy during menopause?
Energy changes during menopause are usually driven by a combination of factors including changes in cellular energy production, cortisol changes, thyroid function and the quality of rest. Single-ingredient supplements rarely address all of these. My Ener-Boost uses adaptogens and CoQ10 to target the hormonal and cellular root causes together.
What is CoQ10 and why does it matter for menopause energy?
What is CoQ10 and why does it matter for menopause energy?
CoQ10 is a compound the body uses to produce energy inside every cell. Levels decline naturally with age and can be depleted by statin medication. Supporting CoQ10 levels supports mitochondrial function, the energy production process that can slow during hormonal transition.

I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks so wasn’t expecting miracles. I do however notice that I am coping better with PM slumps and my energy levels are noticeably more stable.
I started using it and feel some positive effects with it.
This are great, I have them lunch time to get me over the 3pm slump and pm gym session.
Definitely felt the extra energy boost from these, I didn't need to increase the dose and mainly stayed with one tablet, popping two on days I was really tired. If you're looking for extra energy these do the trick
Am seeing an increase in energy in the afternoon.
