Magnesium Complex (as featured in YOU magazine)
PCH Magnesium Complex is a unique HIGHLY BIOAVAILABLE formula. Easy-to-absorb powder formulation, quickly dissolving into the body. It contains 3 key forms of magnesium needed for optimal health. Combined with Taurine for maximum efficacy.
Magnesium Bisglycinate has increased levels of absorbability and bioavailability, which is why it’s so effective at resolving magnesium deficiencies. It’s excellent at promoting mental calm, relaxation and good quality sleep.
Magnesium Citrate supports energy levels, improves sluggish bowels, and helps prevent kidney stones. It’s one of the most easily absorbed forms of magnesium which is why I use it in other PCH supplements. Calming and also a mild laxative, magnesium citrate can help individuals with occasional constipation.
Magnesium Malate like Magnesium Citrate, potentially helps with energy because both are required for the process that makes energy (ATP). It helps reduce muscle pain and fatigue and is well absorbed.
Magnesium typically decreases along with oestrogen during menopause, so it is important to ensure a higher intake during this time. Magnesium plays a crucial role in maintaining bone health, which is important for menopausal women at higher risk of osteoporosis.
Taurine preserves magnesium in the body, helps balance blood sugar, helps bile production (which supports fat digestion and healthy levels of cholesterol), helps reduce migraines as well as improving exercise performance.
Taurine helps the nervous system by supporting levels of GABA. It also supports a healthy heart, as around 50% of the amino acids in the heart muscle are taurine.
Glutamine has many functions in the body including resilience to stress, which depletes magnesium. It helps with muscle energy and athletic performance.
Zinc has many functions in the body. Zinc and magnesium are synergistic minerals that work together particularly when it comes to stress resilience, muscle functions, immunity and sleep.
Symptoms of low magnesium levels include:
- Muscle cramps and spasms. Magnesium is an electrolyte that plays a huge role in supporting your muscles
- Fatigue
- Insomnia
- Stress and anxiety
- Headache and migraine
- Osteoporosis
- High blood pressure
- Hormonal imbalances

First month of trying and so far so good. Amazingly I have long had any of the usual awful premenstrual symptoms and when my cycle started this morning it took me by surprise as I hadn’t had the usual awful warning signs that it was coming. Fatigue is markedly better, sleeping better, less anxious and much calmer. 10 out of 10 for me so far!
This stuff is amazing!! I purchased it to help with sleep & monthly menstrual migraines and it’s helped so much. No more 3am wake ups and it’s the 1st month I haven’t had a migraine. Thank you Pippa 🙏
Been taking this morning and evening with your Chill supplement , really calmed my mind. Feeling a lot less anxious. Thank you!
I’ve switched to this magnesium from a previous one and have already spotted some subtle changes a couple of weeks in! Can’t wait to see more improvements as time goes on.
I have tried lots of magnesium supplements but this is the best one, generally feel so good every day especially around cycles! Worth every penny
