Super Greens is a convenient and easy to blend alkalising greens & antioxidant powder especially created for women (but can be taken by the whole family).

Every scoop delivers a trace spectrum of many essential vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids and enzymes from the following organically certified sources:
- Kelp Seagreens – wild harvested extract from kelp is an excellent natural source of iodine which support low thyroid function. Also rich in calcium, copper, iron, protein and fibre, Vitamin K and omega 3 essential fatty acids.
- Spirulina - a blue-green algae rich in antioxidants and particularly helpful for reducing heavy metal toxicity. It’s also rich in vitamins E, C, and B₆ to support healthy blood cells, immunity, and energy production.
Spirulina contains protein and vitamins including Vitamin K and minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. - Spinach Leaf - adds vibrant colour, flavour and contains beta carotene, folate, iron, selenium, fibre and other phytonutrients.
- Apple – contains an impressive number of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and fibre.
- Flaxseed – a great source of soluble and insoluble fibre and omega 3 essential fatty acids. High in phytoestrogens, useful for balancing oestrogen levels.
- Barley Grass – gluten-free source of plant fibre, protein, calcium, magnesium, iron and other important vitamins and minerals.
- Quinoa – one of the most nutritious gluten free grains that is high in protein, beneficial polyunsaturated fats.
- Bilberry – rich powder full of phytonutrients such as anthocyanins associated with blue skinned fruits such as blueberries and grapes, as well as vitamins and minerals.
- Carrot Root – an excellent source of fibre which is excellent for supporting detoxification in the gut especially elimination of used oestrogen. Also rich in bet-carotene, antioxidant phytonutrients including lutein and lycopene.
- Turmeric Root – rich in curcuminoid extracts which can help with the inflammation that comes with hormonal changes especially in Perimenopause and Menopause.

I’ve only just started using Super Greens and I’m already impressed with this product. It’s so easy to add to my morning smoothie, you genuinely can’t taste it, and I’ve noticed my energy feels better through the day. My digestion has also improved, and I love knowing I’m getting extra greens in! It’s become a really simple habit that actually is making a difference.
I am happy to have found a green veggies powder with no added sugar or other forma of sweetener.
It looks like an ideal option for a child who is not eating veggies as much as I would wish. Thanks x
