Vitamin C (as Acerola Extract, 25%) is derived from acerola cherry rather than synthetic ascorbic acid. Acerola-derived Vitamin C is absorbed more efficiently, retained in the body for longer, and is considerably gentler on the digestive system at higher doses than standard synthetic forms.
Beta Glucan 1-3 1-6 is a soluble fibre derived from yeast cell walls with a well-established evidence base for supporting immune function. It activates key immune cells and supports the body's natural defence response, making it a meaningful addition to a Vitamin C immune formula rather than a token ingredient.
Zinc Citrate is provided in an absorbable citrate form. Zinc contributes to normal immune function, supports healthy skin and collagen formation, and works synergistically with Vitamin C across multiple protective pathways.
Copper Bis-Glycinate is a highly bioavailable form of copper. Zinc and copper need to be kept in balance in the body, which is why copper is included alongside zinc in this formula.

I take my PCH Vitamin c alongside my Iron tablets as it helps with absorption. So far I am really feeling the benefits!
Would recommend these as a great supplement for taking alongside vitD in these winter months.
