Ingredients

B Vitamins (full complex including P5P and Methylcobalamin) support energy production, nervous system function, mood-regulating brain chemicals, hormonal metabolism and cell repair. Provided in active, bioavailable forms wherever possible.

Quatrefolic (Methylated Folate) is the active form of folate the body can use directly, bypassing the conversion step that a significant number of women cannot perform effectively due to a common genetic variation.

Mena Q7 (Vitamin K2 as MK-7) supports bone health and works with Vitamin D to direct calcium where it is needed. Significantly better absorbed and longer-lasting than standard Vitamin K1.
