Good digestion starts with adequate breakdown. If your body is not producing enough digestive enzymes or stomach acid, even the most nutritious diet is not being fully absorbed. Digest provides the full range of digestive support your body needs at the point of eating.
What Digest supports:
- Comfortable digestion after meals
- Healthy nutrient absorption
- Healthy digestive regularity
- A calm digestive system
How To Use
How To Use
At the start of each meal, not after. Digestive enzymes are needed at the point of eating, when food first arrives and breakdown needs to begin. Taking them after a meal means the window has passed. This timing is one of the most common reasons women find digestive enzymes do not work for them.

Ingredients
Gluten Specific Protease (Types 1 and 2) are two complementary protease enzymes included specifically to support the breakdown of gluten-containing proteins. Most digestive enzyme formulas contain a single protease. Including two types with different activity profiles provides more thorough coverage across a broader range of protein structures.
Lactase supports the breakdown of lactose, the sugar found in dairy. Lactase production declines naturally with age, which is why dairy foods that were previously well tolerated can start to cause discomfort later in life.
Amylase supports the breakdown of carbohydrates and starches into simpler sugars the body can absorb. It is one of the primary enzymes the body produces naturally in saliva and the pancreas.
Bromelain is a plant-derived enzyme from pineapple that supports protein digestion and has a well-established history of use for reducing post-meal bloating and digestive discomfort.
Amyloglucosidase supports the breakdown of complex carbohydrates, including starches that standard amylase alone does not fully address, contributing to more complete carbohydrate digestion.
Vegetable Protease (Alkaline Active and Acid Active) are two plant-derived protein-digesting enzymes that work across different pH environments in the digestive tract. Together they support protein breakdown throughout the full digestive process, not just in one section of the gut.
Lipase supports the breakdown of dietary fats. Adequate lipase activity is essential for absorbing fat-soluble vitamins including A, D, E and K, making it an important component of any comprehensive digestive enzyme formula.
Cellulase supports the breakdown of cellulose, the fibrous plant material found in vegetables, fruits and wholegrains. The human body does not produce cellulase naturally, so supplementing it supports digestion of plant-based foods specifically.
Invertase supports the breakdown of sucrose into glucose and fructose. It contributes to more comfortable digestion of foods containing natural sugars.
