Suggested use -
Apply 2 pumps (8mg Progesterone) to smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms or inner thighs, neck, chest once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For external use only. I use this in the evening after my bath on chest and neck and throughout the day on my inner arms.
